Corridor 2 is situated ca. 10 m north of Corridor 1. The lower parts of the corridor’s walls contain six funerary chapels dating to the late 6th dynasty. The uppermost part of the corridor, however, seems to have been planned as a structure similar in form and dimensions to Corridor 1, but was left unfinished and adapted for funerary purposes only at a later date.

Corridor 2 viewed from the west: visible are entrances to the funerary chapels dating to the very end of the Old Kingdom.
